I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and I currently live in West LA. Growing up I always had an affinity for cooking. As a child I would help my mother cook for our family of 6. Living in the suburbs we had a big backyard, which we grew oranges, strawberries, apricots, plums, green onions, garlic chives and other greens.
When I grew up I attended UCLA. After graduating college I was lucky enough to pursue my passion for cooking. I attended Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Pasadena, and I have worked for various chefs such as Charlie Palmer and Jean George Vongerichten.
I am a humble student of the craft. I enjoy reading and learning anything and everything about food. I most recently took a workshop with Ideas In Food, to brush up on some techniques and further my culinary knowledge.
I love to cook, and to see the joy of people eating my food. That is my life’s passion, and I hope to accomplish that with some help along the way.
